- Order history and communication preferences
When you browse our website, we may automatically collect:
- Device type, browser, and IP address
- Pages visited, time on site, and referring URL
- Cookie data (see Section 6)
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Process and fulfil your orders
- Communicate with you about your purchase, including shipping updates

- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party platforms to operate our business:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which processes orders and stores customer data
-
Klaviyo — our email and SMS marketing platform, used to send marketing and service communications where you have opted in.
- Shop (by Shopify) — if you check out using the Shop app, your payment credentials and order history may be stored by Shop on its own platform. Shop operates under its own terms and privacy policy, available at shop.app
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — for advertising and analytics, via pixel and tag technology
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and security standards. We only share the minimum information required for them to perform their services.
If you opt out of marketing communications, your data will be retained for order and legal purposes only.
4. SMS communications
From time to time, we may offer SMS communications for order updates and marketing. We will only contact you by SMS where you have expressly opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.
If you choose to subscribe to our SMS communications, the SMS Terms of Service set out at the end of this Privacy Policy also apply.
5. Sharing your information
We may share your information with:
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, to deliver your order
- Payment processors, to complete your transaction
- Our technology providers, as described in Section 3
- Government or regulatory bodies, where required by law
We do not disclose your personal information to any other third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small files stored on your device — to improve your experience, remember preferences, and support our advertising and analytics.
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of our website.
7. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Our website is secured with SSL encryption, and access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by Australian law. When your information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
