Shipping Policy

 

Djara ships to addresses within Australia only. All orders are dispatched from Victoria.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are aimed to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and Victorian public holidays, will be dispatched the next available business day.

 

During peak periods — including sale events and the Christmas and New Year period — please allow additional time for dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Djara is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control, including remote location surcharges or adverse weather.


Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@djara.com.au.


Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@djara.com.au as soon as possible. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.


PO Boxes and remote addresses

We are able to deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post. Please note that deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer than the estimated timeframes shown above.
