- Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, where a pricing error has occurred or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will be refunded in full.
We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard). Orders are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST.
If you choose to check out via the Shop app, your payment credentials and order data may be stored by Shop, a platform operated by Shopify Inc. Shop operates under its own terms and privacy policy, available at shop.app.
2. Pricing & GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
3. Shipping
We ship to addresses within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from Victoria. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Djara is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@djara.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

4. Returns & refunds
Faulty or damaged products — If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@djara.com.au with a description and photograph of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind — Because our products are consumables, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened product. If you have received an unopened product and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted where the product is unused, in its original and undamaged packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exclusions — We are unable to accept returns on any opened product, or on any item purchased as part of a promotional offer or gift with purchase, unless the item is faulty.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
6. Product information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography and screen settings. These do not constitute a fault.
Our products are formulated for general use. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before use. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Contact us at hello@djara.com.au and we will work with you to find a resolution.
7. Third-party platforms
Our website is built on Shopify. We also use Klaviyo for email communications and Meta and Google platforms for advertising and analytics. Each of these services operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Djara is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
8. Intellectual property
All content on djara.com.au — including text, images, logos, product names, and design — is the property of Djara and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Djara's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on our website. Your continued use of djara.com.au following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
